What are some environmental problems of solid waste management in Hong Kong?

i tried to search on the internet but they don't have info on this topic.|||The first problem is where to put it. Wherever solid waste ends up, it will have a negative impact on the environment unless the site is designed and managed correctly. Typical problems would be the proliferation of vermin (rodents, insects, etc..), ground water contamination, air pollution (orders and gases from decomposition) and public health issues related to the dump site.

And even though HK and China are like meant to be 1 country, its illegal to transport HK's rubbish over seas, and China is called overseas in HK. Even though its more like over-the-border.
