Convert all government vehicles from gasoline to Compressed natural gas (this will reduce the demand for gasoline) you will have more natural gas available as power plants do not use it anymore.
By doing the above, the USA would reduce its dependency on foreign oil and clean up the air we breathe in one quick solution.
