Can we really just rely on them?? Please give ur opinions. thanks.|||No, science and technology can only develop the solutions. The solutions can not work unless we are willing to apply them. This takes individual resolve to follow recommended policies and procedures, compliance with local ordinances, and holding polluting individuals and businesses to account and applying stiff consequences.
