To what extent should developing countries be responsible in solving the environmental problems?

this is a general paper question. pls help me!|||Each nation's burden should be proportional to their ability to do so. In other words, the more wealthy countries should bear a greater burden, but all countries should do whatever they are able to do.|||All countries should share this burden. However, more developed countries should share a greater burden since they are contributing more to the problem. Some countries can't even begin to feed their own people let alone pour money into a very expensive problem such as reducing environmental pollution. Since everyone is crunched right now with the economic crisis on hand, it will be difficult to accomplish anything. The next big cash cow should be to find an economic way to reduce pollution. If this could somehow be turned into a profitable venture, this problem could be fixed.
