What environmental problems arise as a result of poverty? ?

I already know that the poor have a bigger population which causes resources to be depleted and such...but what are some other problems?|||Unclean polluted living areas. As will be in this country when the economy crashes .|||Education is what hurts the environment. We learned to walk which allowed us to carry things. We learned science which allowed us to build and pollute. We learned travel which polluted the oceans. We learned to fly polluting the air. We learned space travel which destroyed our ozone. We learned medical science causing overpopulation.We created pesticides to destroy the eco system. We learned hygiene which again polluted the water. Then we learned religion which caused wars making us want more science so we could make more weapons to kill the earth. It is not the rich or the poor that have killed the environment. It is those in search of an easier life with technology. However, there are technological things that have been created to save the earth....I wonder what those things will destroy.
