What are some current environmental problems related to law that I can do my paper on?

I have a couple ideas but I would like some more. Preferably something in Canada.|||I don't know Canadian law but suspect that it is similar to that in the US. Try to define what a "taking" is. Almost any time that a developer is tyold that he can't do something with his property, he will claim that the government has taken away his right to benefit from the property without due compansation. I feel the result of the challenge depends more on the judge than on the law but there is plenty of prescident to cite.|||hhaah the mexicoans jumping the border dam it were gonna needa make a new one!?!?!
